Founding member of the E Street Band and Sopranos cast member, Steven Van Zandt, will broadcast a special edition of his popular Underground Garage radio show on 103.2 Dublin City fm live in Tower Records, Wicklow Street from 7pm on Monday July 16th.
Van Zandt has been broadcasting his worldwide radio show on Dublin City fm for four years now. This won’t be his first outside broadcast for the Dublin station. In 2009 when he was in Dublin to perform with Bruce Springsteen, Tower Records hosted a live broadcast of the show in store which attracted a crowd of over 3,000 people throughout the afternoon including members of the E Street Band and featured live music from some of Steve’s favourite bands on his Wicked Cool label including Dublin’s own The Urges. Little Steven’s Underground Garage has since been added to the American Forces Network in 180 countries making it the biggest syndicated Rock show in the world.
