With just four days until Oasis take to the stage at Slane Castle, details of stage times have been announced, along with numerous safety and travel notices.

Ticket holders won't have to tear themselves from their beds too early, as the first act will not take to the stage until 3pm, and no queuing is allowed before 12 noon. The full schedule is as follows:

19.00  THE PRODIGY
20.30   OASIS

The gardai will have a traffic management plan in operation, but strongly advise people to use public transport or car pool. Those driving can use car parks provided. Local independently operated car parks will open from 12 noon and a parking charge will apply. You should allow for a 20-30 minute walk to concert site.

Directions to Slane Castle are as follows:
• From Dublin and the South take M50 to the M1 and exit at Slane exit. Follow signs for concert.
• From Drogheda take N51 to Slane & follow signs for concert.
• From Northern Ireland and Ulster Counties take M1 and exit at Dunleer/Collon exit. Follow signs for concert.
• From Navan & the West take N51 to Slane. Follow signs for concert.

Dublin buses will depart  every 20 minutes from Parnell Square West, outside the Rotunda. Tickets are priced €20.

The rest of the safety notices are the usual thing - don't buy or sell fake tickets, don't vandalise local homes, don't crush people in the queues, etc. By the sounds of things security will be quite strict, as glass, cans, alcohol, fireworks, laser pens or pointers, spikes, studs or anything dangerous, professional audio or visual recording equipment, poles, fold up or blow up chairs or garden furniture and even umbrellas will not be allowed in. You are, however, warned to bring your welly boots.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
