Pissed off with ticketmaster? You're not the only one. The Boss has expressed anger towards the ticket distributor responsible for placing tickets for his forthcoming "Working On A Dream" tour on sale on Monday morning.

A technical blunder meant that many fans received an error message when trying to purchase tickets online. The site redirected buyers to TicketsNow.com, a subsidiary which offered the same seats at a higher price.

Springsteen and his manager Jon Landau have said they are furious with the ticket agent for their poor treatment of their fans, calling the practice a "pure conflict of interest." An official statement on Springsteen's website said:
"The abuse of our fans and our trust by Ticketmaster has made us as furious as it has made many of you. We will continue to do our utmost now and in the future to make sure that these practises are permanently curtailed on our tours."
