After taking 2012 off, Slane Castle will get back into the swing of things next summer when it will host two concerts on Lord Henry Mountcharles' estate in Meath. A press conference has been called for next Tuesday morning, in which the headliners will be announced, and speculation is already rampant as to who that might be.

The Daily Mirror are reporting that Slane will have two dates - one in June and one in August - but there is no official confirmation of this yet.

And who might play at the shows? The Rolling Stones have reformed for a series of reunion gigs, two in London and two in New Jersey, but perhaps it is wishful thinking to suggest that they'll be named as headliners. Others, like U2, The Script, Coldplay, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Green Day are being linked but our money is one someone like Muse. I guess we'll have to wait until Tuesday to find out.

Meanwhile, leave your thoughts as to who it may be below.
