Such was the demand for Macklemore and Ryan Lewis upcoming Dublin show (tickets sold out in a matter of minutes, apparently) that another date at The O2 has been added due to demand.

The Seattle hip hop duo will now play Dublin's largest indoor venue on Saturyda 14th September next, as well as the previously announced 15th September. The duos rise in popularity has been astonishing and owes a huge debt to the massive success of their global smahs 'Thrift Shop'.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis played the 800 capacity Academy on Abbey Street the last time they were in town, so the fact that they need to have two dates in The O2 to satisfy the public demand for tickets shows just how much their popularity has surged in recent months.

Tickets for the newly added show are priced at €36 and on sale at 9am this Friday.
