Many people will already be aware that Channel 6's music video show, Night Shift, has been cancelled.
TV3 bought Channel 6 several months ago, and have decided to axe the programme in 2009 - meaning that the last show will be on New Year's Eve from 10pm - 1am.
As the show, presented by Michelle Doherty, provided an outlet to Irish bands and artists who would otherwise not receive TV exposure, many people feel strongly about TV3's decision - and have set up a campaign to protest against the station's decision. You can sign it here.
