Santigold's new album has been christened with the title Master of My Make-Believe. "I'm really hands-on with everything. It's the difference between an artist and plain pop star, right?", the singer told V Magazine.
"My record is called Master of My Make-Believe because I want it to be about creating your own reality. I have a song called 'The Keepers': 'we're keepers, while we sleep in America our house is burning down", she continued.
The album will be her first album under the name of Santigold. Prior to this, and for her 2008 debut album, she called herself Santogold. It's the small things which really make a difference, right?
