It's an unlikely collaboration, so it really shouldn't work as well as it does.

However, with Sigur Rós frontman Jónsi about to release his new solo album 'Shiver' tomorrow, it's clearly time to pull out the big guns.

That means enlisting the one and only Robyn - yes, the Swedish pop star responsible for modern classics like 'With Every Heartbeat' and 'Dancing on My Own' - on a new single.

It's called 'Salt Licorice' and according to Robyn, it's  "such a cute and perfect pop song. It makes me want to dance violently and make out at the same time. It was a no-brainer to say yes to singing it with Jónsi. The pretty emails I get with a thousand emojis in them from him is a bonus that came with our collaboration as well!”

'Shiver' is Jónsi's first solo album since 2010's 'Go' and is out tomorrow. Until then, hear 'Salt Licorice' below:
