Little Green Cars are one of the most exciting bands to emerge from this country in a long time. Barely out of their teens, the five-piece have been subject to a wave of hype based on their excellent Harper Lee EP and a string of live dates in advance of the release of their debut album Absolute Zero, which hit the shelves last Friday.
Having a series of high profile dates in the US, as well as a performance on the popular Late Night with Jimmy Fallon talk show on NBC, Little Green Cars are ready to move into fifth gear and put the pedal to the metal.
Entertainment.ie music editor John Balfe caught up with three-fifths of the band (Stevie Appleby, Adam O'Regan and Faye O'Rourke) for a very informal chat about the release of their album and plans for the future.
