1992 - A riot erupted at a Guns N' Roses and Metallica show in Montreal when Metallica's show was abandoned after singer James Hetfield was injured by pyrotechnics and GN'R's Ax; Rose left the stage early complaining of a sore throat. Disgruntled fans overturned cars, looted local shops and generally smashed the place up. Rock and roll.
