Forget queuing up for the limited edition David Bowie vinyl on Record Store Day; a collectors' item for those with deeper pockets is on the way later this year.

Swiss luxury watchmaker Raymond Weil has revealed its 'David Bowie Freelancer' watch sorry, 'timepiece', which was made in collaboration with Bowie's estate and will go on sale later this year to mark his 70th birthday year.

Only 3,000 of these babies are being manufactured, which makes them pretty darned rare - but they'll have the famous Aladdin Sane lightning bolt on the face, and Terry O'Neill's iconic portrait of Bowie from 1974 on the case back.

There's no price point as yet, but best start saving now if you're interested.
