It looks like Paul from S Club 7 may have hit upon something - i.e. broke former pop stars flogging their BRIT Awards on eBay - as now another of his brethren is doing the same.

Abz from 5ive had previously listed his award on the auction site in 2015, but the £1 million winning bid (shockingly) fell through.

Having seen the success of Cattermole's recent auctions, however, he's going in for a second try - and what's more, he's throwing in his MTV Europe Music Award for FREE.

The listing reads: "The Brit that started it all! After selling for £1 million but the deal falling through, The Brit Award for Best Pop Act awarded to Abs from 5ive in 2000 is once again up for auction.

The first Brit Award ever to be sold on eBay, the auction was announced on Channel 5's The Wright Stuff. This Brit hit headlines around the world and was trending in the UK in 2015 with news and media coverage."

The blurb continues: "Included in the sale is a free MTV Europe Music Award presented to Abs in 1998 Italy. Although it has seen better days, it still has life in it."

At time of writing, it's at £5, 200 with one day left to go. Who would have thought an S Club 7 award had more value than a 5ive one?
