Pearl Jam's former financial manager has been charged with stealing a $380,000 from the band. Rickey Charles Goodrich, chief financial officer with Pearl Jam's management company Curtis Inc., is alleged to have stolen the funds from the band's accounts between 2006 and September 2010.

33 charges of thefts have been levelled at Goodrich, who is due to enter a plea on 28th June in a Seattle courtroom. Prosecutors allege that Goodrich had transferred money from company accounts to pay personal debts. Pearl Jam's manager first became suspicious of Goodrich's management of their money in late 2009.

Kelly Curtis from Curtis Management was quoted as saying: "We are deeply saddened by this situation. We are looking forward to a resolution".
