U2 will perform their Oscar-nominated song 'Ordinary Love' at the 86th Academy Awards on March 2nd. Bono and the boys are nominated in the Best Original Song category for the song which featured on the soundtrack to Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom.
They face stiff competition from Pharrell Williams for his song 'Happy' (Despicable Me 2), Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez for 'Let It Go' (Frozen) and 'The Moon Song' by Karen O and Spike Jonze (Her). U2 will likely be there or thereabouts when it comes down to it and have been made the unofficial second favourites by bookmakers.
