Well, that didn't take long.
Noel Gallagher doesn't have a habit of responding to the often outlandish claims levelled at him by his younger brother, but it seems that this time Liam has gone too far.
As you may have heard, Liam has alleged that Oasis were offered £100 million for a reunion tour, but that Noel turned it down.
Now, Noel has taken to Twitter to refute the claims in his trademark wry manner.
To whoever might be arsed:
I am not aware of any offer from anybody for any amount of money to reform the legendary Mancunian Rock’n’Roll group Oasis.

Liam has so far not taken the bait, although his reponses to fans' tweets this morning suggest that he's rubbing his hands in glee.
