Noel Gallagher's upcoming solo project will feature the talents of the Crouch End Festival Chorus, according to reports. The choir's conductor David Temple was reportedly approached by Noel's manager following their performance at a Teenage Cancer Trust show. The performance apparently impressed the elder Gallagher so much that he decided he wanted to record with them.
Temple told Xfm, "I was speaking to Noel's manager about this… we'd love it".
The Crouch End Festival Chorus also recently recorded an album of Kinks songs with Ray Davies entitled 'The Kinks Choral Collection'.
There's little more information on the upcoming solo projects from the Gallaghers, except an outrageous report from gossip website Holy Moly that both brothers have enlisted former Oasis members Gem Archer and Andy Bell to record with them. While Liam is certainly working with his former bandmates, it would seem highly impractical for them to work with Noel too, especially since the brothers still won't speak to each other. Unless it's all one big publicity stunt?
