Just days after they released the video for their latest single 'Looking Hot' No Doubt have removed the video following racial complaints.

'Looking Hot' is the second single from the band's new album Push and Shove, their first album in 11 years. The video features the band members dressed in Native American clothing and also shows Gwen Stefani riding a horse and singing in a tepee. The band admitted they did consult experts before but have seriously offended people with their stereotypical depiction of Native Americans. After the removal of the video No Doubt later issued an apology 'Our intention with our new video was never to offend, hurt or trivialise Native American people, their culture or their history, Although we consulted with Native American friends and Native American studies experts at the University of California, we realise now that we have offended people … We sincerely apologise to the Native American community and anyone else offended by this video. Being hurtful to anyone is simply not who we are.'

The video was directed by Melina Matsoukas who has previously directed Rihanna's We found Love and Lilly Allen's Not Fair. She was also responsible for Rihannas S & M video which resulted in a lawsuit when she was accused by photographer David LaChapelle for using his work without permission.
