Niall Horan and Julia Michaels give emotional performance of 'What a Time'

The pair performed on 'The Late Late Show with James Corden'

Niall Horan and Julia Michaels performed their new duet together for the first time.

Before they took to the stage however, the pair were put through their paces; they accepted to take part in an escape room together. Unfortunately the full video hasn't been released yet, but here's Niall Horan saying he needs a wee before the challenge.

Presumedly, the singers managed to escape the room, as they took to the stage afterwards to perform their new single 'What a Time'. The song appears on Julia Michaels' sophomore EP entitled 'Inner Monologue Part 1.' The EP also features a collaboration with Selena Gomez. Previous to this, Michaels appeared on Clean Bandit's track 'I Miss You.'
