With 2022 being the first summer of relative normality on the live entertainment circuit in several years, it means that some brand new gig series and festivals are popping up around the country.

One of them is Garden Party, a new gig and comedy series that will run across May, June, July and August at the Seamus Ennis Arts Centre in Naul, north county Dublin.

Some of the acts lined up to play the series include Bell X1, The Lost Brothers, The Stunning, Jerry Fish and Paul Brady.

There will be several comedy gigs too, including headline shows by David O'Doherty and Neil Delamere, while a number of film screenings will also take place.

The gigs will take place in a purpose-built 'stretch tent' on the grounds of the arts centre, which is is located 11 minutes from Balbriggan and is accessible from there by bus and taxi. From Dublin City centre, you can take the Drogheda or Dundalk train service to Balbriggan. Bus services from and to the venue include Bus Line 1467 from/to Swords, Bus Line 195 to/from Balbriggan to Ashbourne.

A full bar and food offerings will be available on each night.
