Beyonce has revealed plans to release a new album this June. The album will be the singing star's first since 2008's massive 'I Am... Sasha Fierce' and her fourth overall.

Reports had surfaced in recent months that Beyonce had been in the studio working on some unlikely collaborations with Sleigh Bells and Odd Future, though whether the results will make the album is still uncertain.

Of Beyonce's new material, Denis Handlin of Sony Music Australia told the Daily Telegraph, "It was just amazing. She came in and played us six tracks from the album. She wants to do a big tour off the back of this record... these songs, the best description I can give is groundbreaking; she's gone to another level."

Beyonce has already been confirmed to play Glastonbury this summer and will no doubt announced more dates to follow.
