Friends (and sometime-members of) Arcade Fire, Belle Orchestre, will release their second album in the coming months.
The Montreal instrumentalists, which boasts Arcade Fire members Richard Parry and Sarah Neufeld amongst their ranks, will release 'As Seen Through Windows', the follow-up to 2005's 'Recording a Tape the Colour of the Light', via the Broken Social Scene-founded Arts & Crafts label on March 6th.
