A benefit concert for the Vesnova Orphanage will take place in Dublin's Odessa on Friday October 18th, with Neon Wolf, Oddsocks and Knoxville Morning all scheduled to play.

All benefits from the show will go directly to the Vesnova Orphanage which is 175KM from the Chernobyl site and one of the many places that the CCI charity (Chernobyl Children International) works closely with in Belarus. Over 160 children are house in Vesnova, from ther ages of 4 to 18 years old, all of who have a wide range of learning and physical disabilities.

CCI was founded in 1991 by Adi Roche, five years after the Chernobyl disaster, with the aim of working with children and families in Belarus who continue to be affected by Chernobyl - the world's largest nuclear disaster.
