It has to be said that heavy metal album covers are arguably among some of the most iconic in all music.

The recurring themes of skeletons, goriness and - yes, admittedly - something to do with Satan might be a bit cliche in modern times, but the truth is that back in the late '70s and early '80s, it was truly shocking. In some cases, it still is. Slayer's 2003 album, God Hates Us All, had to be shipped with a special cover of the artwork as it was deemed to offensive for certain stockists.

The album cover featured a blood-stained bible with nails through the cover and the words 'SLAYER' written in blood on it.

Anyway, we've come up with ten album covers and obscured the title. All you've got to do is guess the correct one. Don't forget to post your scores in the comments!
