If you were looking forward to seeing Danish pop artist MØ at Dublin's Academy later this month, there's a bit of bad news.

The 'Lean On' singer has had her date at The Academy on October 21st postponed, but the good news is that she'll be back next year to play a bigger and better venue.

She'll now play the Olympia Theatre on March 26th.

All tickets for The Academy gig will be valid for the new show, while new tickets are €21 and on sale from usual outlets now.

Read her statement below:

"Hi everybody. All summer I’ve been working to finish songs and to get the new show up and running, but the truth is I didn’t manage to get it all finished in time and the new show just isn’t quite ready yet. I wanna give you guys the best show possible and to do so have decided it’s best to reschedule my UK & Ireland shows for early next year. There is a lot of new music coming in the meantime though, and I am so excited for you to hear it! I’m so so sorry for the wait and I really hope to see you all at the new dates!! Lots of love and apologies."
