The Spice Girls reunion tour has added extra dates, however there's still no word on Irish dates as of yet.

Extra dates were added for its Wembley Arena, Etihad Stadium and Ricoh Arena concerts, however no further dates have been announced since then. This now brings the reunion tour from 6 original dates to 11.

While no Irish dates have been announced, it's likely that the success of the UK stadium tour could spur Spice Girls into expanding it into a European tour - or, at the very least, adding an Irish date.

Tickets for the UK dates are proving difficult to come by as the demand is so high. Fans have reported issues with Ticketmaster's queuing system, and it looks like ticket scalping is already underway.

Standing tickets are selling for £77 with VIP packages going all the way up to £291, or in some venues, £399. The UK stadium tour was announced on Monday to huge fanfare, and speculation surrounding a possible world tour off the back of it.

Here's the announcement as it was made on Monday.
