With just four weeks to go until their massively anticipated second album 'Helplessness Blues' hits physical and digital music shop shelves on April 29th, Fleet Foxes have put out a new video for the track 'Grown Ocean'.

The move comes after Zane Lowe debut new track 'Battery Kinzie' on March 21st, while Stereogum have seemingly had an exclusive on the new track 'Bedouin Dress' since last Friday 25th. Before that again, the Seattle band gave away the album's title track as a free download from their official website, www.fleetfoxes.com.

While all four of these songs have immediately enjoyable melodies and those characteristic Fleet Foxes harmonies, I've yet to be blown away the way I was the first time I heard 'White Winter Hymnal' and 'Mykonos'. Still, bring on April 29th...

In other Fleet Foxes news, it recently came to light that the delay on album, initially set for a 2010 release, was down to Robin Pecknold's perfectionism. The band's frontman wasn't happy with the recordings the first time round so the band were forced to re-record them.

Speaking to Uncut, Pecknold said:
"When we did the first mix of the album it was like, 'This is where we're at, not where we want to be.' I felt there were things that could be improved ... I wasn't being precious about it. I wanted the album finished and out as much as anyone. But as soon as we started retooling one or two of the tracks, that opened the floodgates."
