Another batch of artists has been announced for this year's Oxegen festival. Ten more acts have been added to the line up: disco king Calvin Harris, funk poppers Noisettes, Oxegen party starters The Saw Doctors, the new band from former Distillers front woman Brody Dalle, Spinnerette, Meteor award winners The Coronas, Mullingar band The Blizzards, stadium hard rockers The Answer, avant-garde rockers The Horrors, jubilant pop fusionists Iglu & Hartly and Brit-poppers Starsailor.
The uber successful festival have also announced the return of the X Box Live Stage, which was a huge success last year with up to 9,000 people in attendance each night in the natural amphitheatre in the Blue Campsite. Boasting a massive 46 sq m, high-quality LED screen, the Xbox Live Stage will feature live performances and VJ sets from the likes of Eclectic Method, Arveene, Mickey Dee, Spin’s Dave Davin, Mark Vity with more still to be announced.
