L.A. synth pop band Metro Station have announced their debut Irish performance at The Olympia on Monday the 29th of June. The group shot to fame with the success of their single "Shake It." Tickets priced €23 go on sale this Friday May 22nd at 9am

Texas art-rockers White Demin have announced a 12 date UK tour in anticipation of the release of their new album "Fits," due for release on June 22nd. As part of the tour White Denim will play Dublin's Academy (€15) on June 26th and The Stiff Kitten, Belfast (£9.50) on June 27th. Tickets go on sale this Thursday 21st May at 9am

County Down classic rockers The Answer have announced two major shows this December. They will play The Academy, Dublin, on December 12th (€17) and Belfast's Ulster Hall on December 14th (£15-£17). They also play Belfast's Mandela Hall on June 29th.
