Bees. BEADS. Bees.

Yes, a concert by '00s throwback Matchbox Twenty was delayed thanks to an infestation of bees at the 5,000-seat amipheater in Tucson, New Mexico.

In fact, it got so bad for the band that a beekeeper had to be called to remove said infestation. No giant mound of sugar was found in the venue, however. Rob Thomas, meanwhile, thanked his fans for hanging on and played out the show as usual.

Bee infestations, however, are a real problem in New Mexico. In the past week, two deaths have been reported from bees in separate attacks.

Did that make you think of My Girl? Are you crying now? It's OK, so are we.
