The singers former head of security has accused her of calling him a white supremacist and of sexually harassing him.
According to a draft lawsuit seen by celebrity website TMZ, Carey allegedly referred to Michael Anello as a skinhead, a Nazi and a Ku Klux Klan member.
Anello also claims that Carey exposed herself to him, left his security company with an unpaid bill of more than $200,000 and reneged on a promise of a further two years of work which would have added a further $511,000 to the bill.
He said that him and his colleagues were left humiliated by Carey’s remarks and that she “wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people.”
The report also makes claims of sexual harassment as the singer performed “sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello.”
On a trip to Mexico it’s claimed that Carey called Anello to her room to move some luggage. When he got there she was wearing an open, see-through negligee. He claims he tried to leave but Carey insisted on him moving the luggage.
According to TMZ the lawsuit has been paused and it’s assumed both sides have entered into negotiations.
