The Manic Street Preachers have revealed details of their 10th studio album, the follow up to last year's 'Journal For Plague Lovers'.

Entitled 'Postcards From A Young Man', the album is due for release in September, and has been described by frontman James Dean Bradfield as "an unashamedly pop-orientated affair", according to NME.
"We're going for big radio hits on this one...It isn't a follow-up to 'Journal For Plague Lovers'. It's one last shot at mass communication."

The Welsh Britpoppers have also announced a UK tour with support from British Sea Power, so let's optimistically assume there's an Irish date or two in the pipeline.
