You may or may not have already heard that Madonna, queen of pop, is set to release another Greatest Hits album. In fairness to her, it has been eight odd years since she received the last one and its not like she's been sitting on her bum since then.

The new compilation will be called 'Celebration' after one of two original songs to feature on it. 'Celebration' will serve as a new single for Madonna. Co-produced by trance DJ Paul Oakenfold, it is due for release next Monday, August 3rd.

'Celebration', the single, will make it's Irish radio debut on RTE 2fm at 1pm next Monday, August 3rd

The full tracklist for the 'Celebration' album seems to be under wraps as yet, though no doubt all your favourites are there, including "Everybody,"  "Express Yourself," "Vogue" and "4 Minutes". The album will be is due for release on September 25th via Warner Music. A 'Celebration' DVD will be released simultaneously and will feature a video for the single, filmed in Milan and directed by long time Madonna collaborator Jonas ("Ray of Light") Akerlund.

The cover, which can be seen above, was created by street pop artist Mr. Brainwash, best known for "throwing modern cultural icons into a blender and turning it up to eleven." And not a Warhol wannabe at all...
