Lisa Hannigan, Rhob Cunningham, Jerry Fish, Gavin Glass, Wallis Bird, Booka Brass Band and The Young Folk have all been announced for the annual Turning Pirate Mix Tape New Year's Eve party in Vicar Street for a night of songs and collaborations, surprise special guests and magic memories.

More names will be added to the bill over the course of the next few weeks and we're pretty sure you can expect some pretty tasty additions to what has always been a fine way to ring in the New Year.

We've also heard on the grapevine that a "supergroup", featuring a host of the evening's performers, will also be on duty on the night.

Tickets priced €35 (inc booking fee) go on sale Monday 25th November.
