Fleetwood Mac's Lindsey Buckingham has been forced to postpone his UK and Ireland tour this month after his guitarist suffered a back injury and is unable to perform. Promoters have announced that all original tickets will be honoured at the future dates, which have yet to be officially rescheduled.
Buckingham was touring his sixth solo album Seeds We Sow, his first in almost five years and was slated to play Dublin's Olympia on December 15th and the Waterfront in Belfast the following night.
The following statement was released to press over the weekend: "Lindsey Buckingham unfortunately needs to postpone his upcoming UK shows as his guitarist has severely injured his back and is not able to presently perform. All tickets will be honored at the soon to be announced rescheduled dates."
