Lianne La Havas has been forced to cancel a string of upcoming dates, including her Olympia Theatre appointment on October 15th, due to "serious illness". In all, nine dates have been pulled between the 5th and 15th of this month, with the tour scheduled to resume on October 17th in Bournemouth.
An upcoming tour of the United States with John Legend was also cancelled in the past weeks.
The singer posted a message to her official Facebook page from hospital (along with the below picture) last week saying: "Hi everyone, I'm very sick and I'm sorry to say that I have had to cancel some shows at the beginning of the tour :( I will be singing and shredding as soon as they discharge me."
It is not immediately clear if or when the cancelled dates will be rescheduled.
