Thirteen brand new acts have been added to this year's Electric Picnic line-up. The Irish contingent for this year's Picnic has swelled dramatically, with this year's 'buzz' band Kodaline joining the likes of Two Door Cinema Club, the Duckworth Lewis Method and Young Wonder at the Stradbally festival.

Electronic music pioneer Giorgio Moroder - immortalised by a track on Daft Punk's new album Random Access Memories - will play in tandem with US DJ Chris Cox, while UK singer/songwriter Billy Bragg, Cyril Hahn, MØ, Braids, Summer Camp, Indians and Sam Smith will also join the bill.

Word coming from the Electric Picnic camp suggests that this won't be the last line-up announcement either, so we'll keep our fingers crossed for a couple more big names.

This year's 10th Electric Picnic will be headlined by the Arctic Monkeys, Fatboy Slim and Bjork and will take place in its spiritual home of Stradbally, Co. Laois beginning on the August 30th weekend.

By the way, you've only got six more days to get your hands on early bird tickets which are priced at €189.50, so get crackin'.
