Wow, Kings of Leon fans are dedicated. Not surprisingly, all 80,000 tickets for their Slane Castle date sold out in just 40 minutes after going on sale this morning. And so, the Followills are already making plans to come back to Ireland for another date, just around the corner.
Kings of Leon will play The O2, Dublin, on Saturday December 11th. Tickets are limited to four per person and go on on sale next Tuesday 9th November at 9am from Ticketmaster and usual outlets. Ticket prices have yet to be revealed but no doubt we'll have them for you very shortly. No doubt these will sell out even faster.
Kings of Leon's set at Slane Castle on May 28th will mark 30 years of rock concerts at the historical Co. Meath venue. When asked for his reaction to the sell-out Lord Henry Mountcharles exclaimed "Kings Of Leon Rock! Slane Rocks!"
