When he's not collaborating with Daft Punk or swanning around in a fur-coat and RayBans, Julian Casablancas is doling out career advice. His latest receipient? None other than Entertainment.ie's favourite band of sisters that aren't the Nolans, Haim.

In a recent interview with The Guardian, Danielle said that the Strokes' lead singer told them to "to disappear, come back in a year with stronger songs and hit the ground running." Good advice, but come on. Did you hear the Strokes last album? Exactly.

Haim's debut album, 'Days Are Gone' is due at the end of the month and we're eagerly awaiting it. Not only that, they're due to play The Academy on December 13th in support of the album. In the meantime, however, have a listen to this absolute banger from them.
