Former Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr has revealed that he's been spending time in the company of Morrissey and former bass player Andy Rourke and may record with Rourke. Marr spoke to The Sun and said that he may end up playing again with Rourke and was on "good terms" once more with Morrissey.

Marr was being asked about the 1996 case where drummer Mike Joyce took Morrissey and Marr to court over unpaid royalties, but refused to take shots at his former band-members. " I don't want to be disrespectful because they were my mates, I have nothing but great fondness for The Smiths.", said Marr. " When I left I felt relieved but did it at the right time."

Have the chances of a Morrissey and Marr collaboration increased? Most likely not, but we can but hope.
