Former Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr is to make a guest appearance on the new solo album by Red Hot Chili Peppers man John Frusciante.
Marr, who has worked with Modest Mouse and The Cribs in recent times, will play on 'The Empyrean', Frusciante's tenth solo album, which is due for release in January.
Can someone please tell this man to be more sparing with his genius?
