Pitchfork favourite and Matador-signed garage-punk Jay Reatard is to play Dublin later this year.
Reatard (real name Jay Lindsey) is the first act to be announced for the annual Green Synergy festival, which takes place across several venues in Dublin in November.
Having signed to Matador earlier this year, he'll release a new album in early 2009, and will play an as-yet-undisclosed venue in Dublin on November 16th.
