Joe Jackson, father of Michael Jackson, is preparing legal action against Dr. Conrad Murray for his son's wrongful death. Jackson is seeking to force Murray to pay damages in civil lawsuit which would run concurrently with Murray's criminal trial for involuntary manslaughter, a charge that the doctor has pleaded not guilty to.
