Michael Jackson WILL give evidence in court in London next week, defending himself against allegations levelled by Arab sheik Abdulla Al-Khalif.
Al-Khalif claims that Jackson owes him £4.7 million for breach of contract.
Although the matter was expected to reach a settlement outside court, the trial will start in London on Monday, and Jackson will fly to the UK this weekend - despite claiming yesterday that he was not well enough to travel, and attempting to give evidence via video link from Los Angeles.
