72 year old rock and roll pioneer Wanda Jackson is reportedly working on a new album with Jack White.

Dubbed the Queen of Rockabilly, Jackson was a hit in the mid 50s and 60s, and dated Elvis Presley briefly while on tour with him in 1955. She is best known for tracks like 'Let's Have A Party' and 'Fujiyama Mama'.

In an interview with The Oklahoman, Jackson said she hoped the album would be along similar lines to Loretta Lynn's 'Van Lear Rose', which White produced in 2004.

"They had a super album, but he didn't have her do anything different, you know... She just did her little Loretta Lynn songs. But he told me he's gonna stretch me some, so we'll see."
