Former White Stripe Jack White will play his first ever Irish solo show on Halloween night in The O2. White's first foray into the realm of a solo musician saw him release the incredible Blunderbuss earlier this year to almost universal acclaim.
White described Blunderbuss as "an album I couldn't have released until now. I've put off making records under my own name for a long time but these songs feel like they could only be presented under my name. These songs were written from scratch, had nothing to do with anyone or anything else but my own expression, my own colours on my own canvas."
Tickets for the show go on sale this Friday (24th Aug) at 9am, and will cost you a very reasonable €39.05.
