R. Kelly has been forced to cancel his scheduled 'Ladies Made Some Noise' tour (honestly, that's actually what it was called) due to throat problems. Kelly's camp released word stating that the 'I Believe I Can Fly' singer won't be catching any flights in the near future due to "nodules" which had developed on his vocal cords and has been ordered to rest for a month by his doctors in the US. So unfortunately if you overhear R. Kelly stating that he believes he can fly in the near future, it won't be in concert in the Grand Canal Theatre but more likely some hideous hallucination brought on by overindulging in cough medicine.
