Huey Morgan has responded to his now infamous walk-off on last Monday's episode of Nevermind The Buzzcocks in light-hearted fashion on Twitter. The Fun Lovin' Criminals frontman created tabloid headlines when he angrily smashed a cup and stormed off stage after complaining about hosts Rizzle Kicks lines of questioning.

Huey apparently isn't the biggest fan of the 'Next Lines' game on the show, where contestants are asked to complete the next line of a famous song. Morgan was asked to finish lines from his own band's songs and, well, the poor mug never saw it coming. Neither did his teammates Phil Jupitus or Laura Whitmore either, who just sort of sat there in shock.

Huey has acknowledged the incident on Twitter, posting a picture of a puppy in a cup along with the line: "Oh shit! Huey's here?"

As awkward and strange as Huey's departure from the show was, nothing will ever quite compare to former Ordinary Boy Preston walking off the set of the same show when host Simon Amstell began reading word-for-word passages from his then fiancé Chantelle Haughton's autobiography.

This isn't the first time that Huey Morgan has had to deal with a self-made public relations disaster either. He landed himself in hot water with BBC Radio bosses when he directly criticised some of his radio colleagues at an awards ceremony. Oh Huey, what ever will we do with you?
