Howe Gelb, lead singer of cult rock band Giant Sand, will play a solo gig in Dublin next month.
Gelb released his last solo album 'Down Home 2007: Return to San Pedro' last year, while the last Giant Sand album was 2004's '..Is All Over...The Map'.
He'll play Whelan's on July 31st - tickets are €22.50 and on sale now.
