Hot Chip's Joe Goddard is to follow in the footsteps of his bandmate Alexis Taylor by releasing a solo album. 'Harvest Festival' is to be a 'largely instrumental' affair to be released on Goddard's own Greco-Roman label on November 9th.
Goddard has already received praise for his production work on 'Hands', the hugely popular debut album from Little Boots, which was released earlier this year.
Goddard is celebrating the release by hosting an all night event of harvest festival style activities at London's Pure Groove record shop. So if you're in London on November 18th, head over for some including apple bobbing, tug of war, ale tasting and whatnot.
