There's a plethora of choice for outdoor events around the country this summer.
If you're the kind of music lover who prefers their festivals confined and indoors (you just never know with the Irish weather, after all), though, there's something on in August which might tickle your fancy.
The We've Only Just Begun festival returns for its second year after a successful debut in 2018, with an array of Irish acts on the bill across three nights at iconic Dublin venue Whelan's.
Running on August 9th, 10th and 11th, 26 upcoming and well-known acts will play across two stages.
The first batch of acts has just been announced, and includes Soda Blonde (comprised of former members of Little Green Cars), Bray trio Wyvern Lingo, Ailbhe Reddy and more.
Even better, early bird tickets are just €10 a night or €20 for the weekend, and available from wavtickets.ie now.
